Aluxor Stratos I Folding Arm Awning

Folding arm awnings maximise your outdoor areas and are excellent for patios, courtyards, restaurants or store fronts.   They can be manually or electronically operated and integrated with sun and wind sensors. Wind rated to Category 5 (38kmh) Folding Arm Awnings provide excellent UV protection without obstruction to your view.

Stratos I is a cost effective, high quality sun shade solution where the mechanism and fabric bundle are not enclosed within an aluminium cassette. This versatile awning can be fitted as a top fix, wall fix or recessed installation.

For installations that are well protected, such as under roof eaves, the Stratos I is an ideal awning for home or retail applications. Where additional protection is required the awning can be fitted with an extruded aluminium pelmet to your choice of colour.

The Stratos I extends up to 21 metres wide by 4 metres projection and can be operated manually or motorised.

As with the Toga, the Stratos I can also incorporate the ‘Oversquare’ feature, enabling the projection to be greater than the width.

The unit can be operated manually or can be motorised with optional sun and wind systems.

Selectapitch
With this feature you can change the angle of your folding arm awning to block the low afternoon sun or even use it as a rain shelter in calm conditions. Any angle from horizontal to vertical can be easily & quickly set with the crank handle adjusting both arms simultaneously.  Selectapitch is only available on Stratos I Awnings.

A Vario Volant, vertical panel/screen, option is also available whereby a retractable vertical fabric screen is fitted inside the front rail.
Great for low level sun and privacy protection.
